How To Get Help

There are several ways to get assistance with your projects and Zoho One applications.

Client Support:
If you are in need of immediate assistance, please reach out to Julie or Tripp via Cliq. 

If your issue is urgent and you don't receive a timely response, you may call us at 702-907-5856 or 253-358-5856.

If you have a non-urgent question or a new work request, you may place a Work Request on the PBS Knowledge Base at https://clients.pluckbusinesssolutions.com/portal/en/myarea.

This is our personal training library with How To's & Training Videos. You have access to this exclusive content as long as you are an active client. 
There is also a Community area where you may ask questions of fellow clients and share important things that you have learned.

All Zoho Help Documentation:  https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/home 
Choose the specific app from the groups on the left side (see photo below).

If you are unable to find information you need or find that something is not working as designed, you may call Zoho M-F 24 hours per day at 1-888-900-9646.
