Your personal Dashboard shows how many hours you have credited for each support level.  Each time you purchase hours, we will enter them here.  The Dashboard also shows how and where hours have been used with additional details on the status of progress of each Request.

The Dashboard is updated once daily around midnight CST.  Please allow up to 48 hours for billing to be entered into the system.
